Thinking abt Damian becoming the favorite brother in law of every single one of his sibling's s/o.
He would make sure to visit the titan tower every once in a while just to see Kori and/or Roy (who are knowingly, Dick's exes) He talks about the teen titans with Kori and asks Roy about Lian (after making sure he won enough times at Mario Kart) He also exchange gossip with Barbara over a cup of coffee once a week. Dick is so confused.
When Cassandra and Stephanie FINALLY get together, Damian doesn't seem to take his sight away from Cass, it takes three days and a five minutes staring contest for Cass to finally give in, without breaking eye contact she says: "I won't hurt her" Damian narrow his eyes and nods before leaving. Cassandra knows how much they care about each other, she's happy.
It was not surprising, to Jason at least, when Damian and Rose started getting along, he knew how much they could relate and help each other, it was even funny, how Damian had unconsciously started collecting older sisters figures, he'll never forget the betrayed look Damian had on his face the day he announced he and Rose had broken up, so when the family had fond out about him and Kyle a year later, he was actually surprised when they started getting along too. Being nice to Rayner, if Damian's being honest, had started merely as a way to annoy Jason, the art chats, however, came along and Damian wasn't about to refuse to talk about paintings with someone who actually appreciated them (and he was a manga fan too!) they even exchange sketchbooks just to get each other's opinion every once in a while, which is nice. Kyle is looking at something in his phone when he speaks "some new gallery just opened in New York, maybe we should invite your little brother?" Jason sigh but ends up nodding, How the hell does he keeps getting himself in this situation?
Damian doesn't know why Bernard thinks his father is part of the shadow government, he didn't understand a single thing about his theory, but he thinks is hilarious, so he doesn't complain about it, he asks, genuinely curious, for more of these theorys. Two hours into the conversation, Tim's head starts hurting, he knows he should have stopped this before it could even begin, but his boyfriend looked so happy talking about something that interested him, he'll find a way to blame this on Damian, later, after a long, nice, cup of anything.
When Duke first talks about his crush with someone in college everyone turns to look at Damian, he raises an eyebrow "What? Can you all not just believe that I'm just an actual nice person who knows how to socialize with people in a civil way?" no one answers.
When Damian first talks about Nika, however, it's the start of a civil war in the batfam, Damian watches as his siblings discuss who should be her favourite brother in law, he knows it doesn't matter, she's already too much of a Talia fan to have any other favorite whatever, he let's them be.
